If it were sold, it was probably at a loss, you will be notified or check with your DMV.

I bought a car and the seller did it signed his part but my copies only have my signature.

It is not null and void if you can prove payment and the car is in your possession, what does the contract of sale say?

It sounds like a breach to me. Is your contract in writing, then sue upon it.

If they have no agreement I n writing or receipts they have no rights, but the fact you say they are roomates concerns me, do this the legal way.

See an attorney familiar with mobile home laws. You were an owner not a tenant.
