It would depend on the nature of the complaint. Did you raise the issue of habitability at the hearing?

I agree with Kevin and add " if we do not get results in a week , we will be forced to notify the authorities."

It does not sound like it, but if the listing says the furnace was working you may have a problem

Consult an attorney as soon as possible or dismiss the lawsuit and refile. But the admissions might be used in the next lawsuit.
