Dorothea is correct, it appears your reasons are more selfish than appropriate and if given to a judge would probably lead to the termination being...
For calculating child support, is the per diem meal allowance ($46) a work related expense under CA Code 4059 (F) ?

Put it down on your income expense declaration and identify it with an mc 30, so the court can decide.

If you are talking about an attorney pre deportation, yes you can hire one, you are not entitled to a free oen.
