You do three months in jail, come out on probation. Violate probation and you can do another 11 years 9 months. It is a very strong warning.
If you sit in OCCC for a month before your first court hearing will you most likely be released on the date of the court?

Nothing, the letter may be used as evidence against you. But it is also evidence of re more and may get you a lighter sentence.

I agree with both attorneys ask the judge for an alternative. Otherwise the children will go into foster care.
