Strong recommendation

Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us deal with a landlord dispute. We were facing landlord retaliation for failing to pay an illegal rent increase. Matt not only wrote a cease-and-desist letter to the landlord, but also helped us complete all the documents to sue the landlord in... small claims. In our experience he was 100% professional and ethical. He guided us carefully, asking lots of questions and was clear and concise about our options. We really appreciated his follow up a month later to see how everything was going. We will definitely contact him again in the future if the need arises.
