Bartsch is a respected trial attorney whose comfort level in the courtroom and practical legal advice provides a thriving practice devoted primarily to real estate litigation and transactions.  Duane earned his bachelor's degree from Columbia University and his Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Workshop.  Duane and his wife and four children live in Manhattan Beach.
