I like everything about your question (cept for the fact it happened at all--not worth it--wake up call) because I've never seen a shoplifting case...
When I look up my friends charges it says arr 1 chg 4 422PC THREAT CRIME CAUSE DEATH/GBI. She was sentenced a a felony

sec.422 does not have a sec. 4, so it's likely that the sec. 422, commonly known as "terroristic threats" was the 4th charge in the charging...
