I’m close to 5 years with my case with this law office. I’ve about 4 different people answering my question over the time and out of 10-12 times only twice they call me back as they said they would. I never had an issue with the clerk answering the phone(Anthony) he was very nice but the one they ha...ve now name Aurel or Laurel is very rude and have no good manners. I told the lady that helps me and she said “That’s the way he is” so they know and don’t care. He also doesn’t know how to ask questions properly and gets mad because I answered exactly what he asked for. When it comes to doctors, for my initial therapy with Dr. Miles it was bad and stuff was horrible too. With a good therapist it would have save me a surgery and a lot of pain so think twice before you decide to go with this law office, you health might be at risk!!! As of right now they do t answers the phone at all anymore and now I have no idea what is going on with my case. In a few month it will be 5 years. Throughout the process I have gotten a couple or possible 3 notice of case cancellation because they haven’t heard from my lawyer. Also may times they would not check with doctors how my case was going. So all the reports were done but they just don’t call until I called them. If you are with them already and is too late to change I suggest to call them all the time but first call the doctor so you know for sure the report is done cause they will say it’s not done yet. I am a California resident currently looking for representation. when I called the office to get more information about a consultation the receptionist wasn't helpful at all and not knowledgeable about anything she seemed to be mad and was VERY VERY rude to me. The receptionist hung up on me. I did c...all back and I was placed on hold multiple times for no apparent reason. I will now be looking elsewhere due to the service I received thus far with the Law office of Feldman. If this is who clients are speaking to upfront representing the office why would anyone want to be represented by this??? i do not recommend this office. i am in pain and i don't have time for rude receptionist who refuse to help.

Mary Valdez is the worse "Paralegal" there is. She took my case 3 months ago, and paid NO importance to it, whatsoever. I called her 3 times a week asking for updates, she frequently stated that she wasn't in the office, either at Costco, at a Dodger game, etc etc. Last chance I gave her, she called ...me and briefly explain how my case KINDA was. Little to no knowledge, I asked 20 different questions, and when she felt like the answers weren't of her knowledge, she said she'd give me a call back because she had a MORE IMPORTANT call in the other line. I decided to avoid confrontation and look for a better Attorney. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I wish her no harm but she really is the most unprofessional, unethical, irresponsible, careless, and bold "Paralegal" there is in the Los Angeles region. Avoid this Law Office. They will jeopardize your case.

I wish there was a rating of very poor as he is very, very unresponsive. As for being kept informed that is a joke, I am sure he thinks his clients can read minds.! I certainly would never recommend him to anyone. My advice is not to do what I did and take the first lawyer you are referred to. See a... few and go with someone you think can represent your case accurately. I was unsure of the legal system and how to go about things but I am now much wiser and contemplating changing lawyers.
