I'm originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I made the leap to the US almost 5 years ago on an H1B visa. Let me tell you, Genie and her amazing team were absolute lifesavers in helping me and my wife navigate through all the paperwork and formalities. About 2 years ago, we decided to apply fo...r an employment-based green card, and let me tell you, Genie was very helpful throughout the entire process. She gave us all the information we needed and even broke down the timeline for each step. Everything was going smoothly until one hiccup when the USCIS rejected my application because of my education and experience (maybe because of a translation issue with my college degree). I panicked! But Genie quickly calmed me down, reassuring me that it was probably just a mistake on their end. She suggested we appeal the case, and I'm glad we did! The appeal went through, and my green card was approved! Finally, this month, we got our hands on those shiny green cards for both me and my wife. You can imagine the excitement and relief we felt. It's been quite a journey, but having professionals like Genie by our side made all the difference. They made a complex process feel a whole lot easier, and we couldn't be more grateful.
