Anda Totoreanu

I am an immigration attorney concentrating on employment- and family-based immigration. I have prepared O-1, P, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions, adjustment of status applications, and responses to Requests for Evidence for clients across industries including the arts, media, architecture, and the sciences.

As an immigrant myself, this work is deeply personal. I understand firsthand the challenges, uncertainties, and hopes that come with navigating the U.S. immigration system, and that perspective shapes the way I advocate for my clients. I strive not only to prepare strong and detailed petitions, but also to guide clients through the process with empathy and clarity.

I earned my J.D. from Cardozo School of Law, where I served as an Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice and participated in the Immigrant Justice Clinic, gaining practical experience in direct client representation. I also hold a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford and a B.A. from Lafayette College, and I was admitted to the New York Bar in 2024.
