Vanessa V. Willis

Vanessa V. Willis represents clients in employment matters and business disputes. Her practice focuses on the defense of employment claims including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour matters, trade secret litigation, and PAGA claims, as well as other business litigation matters.

Ms. Willis also routinely counsels clients regarding employer/employee matters, supervisor training, practical business solutions, and provides advice on employee classification, contracts, severance agreements, employee disciplinary matters, and other workplace issues.

Ms. Willis graduated from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles in 2011. For her undergraduate studies Ms. Willis graduated from University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Russian. After USC, Ms. Willis obtained her master’s degree in Education from Pepperdine University and taught elementary school in Los Angeles.

In her free time, Ms. Willis enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family. Ms. Willis resides in the South Bay with her husband and two sons.
