She is very well spoken, educated and sharp. She spent countless hours discussing the unusual circumstances in our contract until all parties were comfortable. Kate was very understanding about the delicate balance a contract among close family members requires. Not only did we get the job done with Kate but we also uncovered some important points that none of us (recipient, donor or donor's husband) had thought of previously . These were essential not only legally but also emotionally as we moved forward with a family donor. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kate. Kate helped me during my ART case and was absolutely amazing!
