My wife died in a helicopter crash

My wife died in a helicopter crash. The company continued to use the helicopter even knowing that it was in urgent need of repairs. I contacted a lawyer and sued the company that owned the helicopter. They obviously denied liability, but my lawyer was relentless and was able to prove that, in fact, t...hey were liable. Thanks to my lawyer, I was able to successfully file a claim

I was injured while I was making a food delivery (I tripped on a porch). I ended up with a fractured ankle and a sprained knee. I contacted my injury lawyer as soon as I could and filed a lawsuit against the property owner. My young daughter suffered a devastating injury after her hand got stuck

My young daughter suffered a devastating injury after her hand got stuck in an uncovered pool drain. Her hand was so damage that it had to be amputated.
