We are part of a class action lawsuit regarding construction defects. While I understand delays can occur, I have felt pressured throughout the process to provide information or sign agreements quickly. Despite complying with their aggressive requests for timely responses, they have failed to uphold ...their commitments. It has been over 30 days since the promised payout date, yet there has been no communication explaining the delay. They assured us that if we responded by a specific date, payments would be made promptly, but this has not happened. Additionally, they have stated that funds from the builder have already been received, yet they have neither distributed these funds nor provided any updates. Their insistence on urgency from us is in stark contrast to their lack of timely follow-through and clear communication. I do not recommend this firm.
