Farahnaz Ghaibi

Farah Ghaibi is an Attorney for The Morgan Law Group in the firm’s California office. Farah’s main practice areas include property insurance disputes, personal Injury and wrongful death. More specifically first party insurance coverage litigation, auto accidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, dog attacks/maulings, and premises liability (slip/trip and falls). The two main goals are health and compensation, meaning helping clients recover from their injuries by getting them back to the same person they were before the accident that was caused by the negligence of a third party while working toward maximizing the value of their claim. Farah’s tenacity for fighting the insurance companies on their wrongful denial of claims is what drives her passion for representing her clients.

Farah prides herself on client communication and keeping her clients in the loop with every development in their case so they are aware of what is going on behind the scenes. It helps give them a sense of ease, while providing them with the reassurance and confidence that they are not just another case number and that their interests are being properly handled and taken care of in order to maximize the value of their case.

In her free time outside of work, Farah enjoys Bikram yoga, watching sunsets by the beach, and spending quality time with family.
