Estate Planning

I wanted to say that in working with this firm I found it to be not only very professional, but caring as well. With the passing of my aunt there were a number of complex legal matters regarding her estate that needed to be addressed right away. After a brief conference a solid plan was derived for... quickly addressing all risks and concerns. The plan was executed flawlessly and everything was taken care of in less than a week. It was nice to find a legal firm that has a heart and is truly ethical. Your rates were reasonable and in line with the work completed. Results, professionally delivered

My grandfather's estate was in probate for decades due to differences between the co-executors. When my father asked me to help and the court appointed Lumsdaine to oversee the process, I found him professional, firm but courteous, and focused on resolution. As a result of his involvement, my father ...was able to retire with dignity due to the final inheritance. I'm not sure if anyone could ask for more from a lawyer.
