was extremely unprofessional, more intimidating and harassing than any other attorney I have ever dealt with, lost our case because of poor performance and performed way below the standards of even a first yr. law student, it's bad enough being injured but to have endured what we did at his hands no ...one should ever go through that in their lifetime, just because an attorney is a contingency attorney doesn't mean that the client is not entitled to some respect.

This attorney failed to appear in court on time, and came with no pen for which I had to supply him with one, he failed to keep us informed of proceedings while we sat in the hall of the courtroom, he belittled and degraded us and was very disrespectful to us. He and his managing partner kept gettin...g extensions on the case claiming Mr. Karp was ill and so therefore I tried to get another attorney to take over. I found one who was willing to step in and try the case but Mr. Karp wouldn't return phone calls or emails to this attorney and so he couldn't step in. The case was lost and I begged Mr. Karp and his managing partner to appeal the case that was truly appeal able. They finally agreed to do so because I researched with other well known appellate attorney ho said the case must be appealed. A demand of $2200 was made upon us and we had to give that money within 7 days. I checked with the court and there were no pressing time limits for them to make that demand for 7 days. We did give them the money. The case is being tried again by another attorney who has found misconduct and negligence in the file
