Nancy Lee Houchen

I'm sorry not to have positive things to say because as a person I like Nancy very much. My case dragged on for years; and after the initial accident I was rarely kept informed about what was going on. I was told several times that I had been sent letters which I had never received; and when I call...ed her answering service insisting on a call back from Nancy, I either got no response or a call back from the answering service. I had used Nancy previously and did not receive this poor treatment. When my case was finally settled (with my receiving a very small amount) I did not hear or receive the check. After several months went by, I called her office and was informed that a check had been sent but must of have gotten lost because the amount was never deposited. Again, no call from Nancy herself. I finally received the check and besides my small settlement, an additional fee was charged by Nancy for filing fees of which I had never been informed. Sorry--this whole business left a bad taste in my mouth. I think if you have a big case that might get big bucks you would probably receive better attention.
