He Took our money, took our property, he lost at ever turn then bailed out at the last minuet right after he got our families valuable property. He is in my opinion a con man not licensed in California. We almost lost our home because he failed us in the worst way, then he verbally attacked us with e...very thing he could think of so we wouldn't file charges against him he works out of Boca Raton. Same issues call me at 352 274 8467 BTW we are winning now. If you are elderly please please think about what has happened to us.

After giving this attorney Jeff Barnes a small fortune and him not really doing any thing that really help us. Then when things got even worst for our foreclosure case he assured us that we had a very strong case and had some very good defences. We had no more to give, he knew that my family has som...e real estate so he demanded that we sign a quick claim deed on a valuable piece or he was going to withdraw from our case, this terrified us. So my family quick claimed a property to him and he promised to defend us with all the latest defenses. To my shock, a few days after we turned over the property he told us he would not go any further. I called him several times to find out what the hell he was pulling, but he would not return my calls. I eventually tracked him down on the phone. However to my surprise on the phone he attacked me in the most violent ways, he threaten to call the IRS, the States attorney General and other if I was to report him. He went much further implying that he would expose all my personal information to the right people. He even threatened me and my family with the most horrendous statements that I had ever heard. I honestly thought he had cracked or lost his mind, this made no sence. I am reporting Mr W. Jeff Barnes to our Florida Bar and I am filing a law suite against him for malpractice because he failed to defend us properly and he also failed to defend us in another case that he took. We also want the money and property back. I made a very big mistake hiring this man. I hope they disbar him because he is taking advantage of families when they are in need. Hope this helps other save their homes.

This attorney is so poor that I fired him before the first motion. He was to be entered pro hac vice to my case, but HE was supposed to hire competent local counsel. Instead, he hired this woman who had no clue. In fact, the commissioner in the temporary restraining order hearing handed her the CO...URT RULE BOOK and told her to read it. Jeff, of course, couldn't be reached at all while his local counsel is screwing up so dramatically. In fact, he couldn't be reached until I posted on the internet about his pathetic "defense" of the bankers. I assert he is being paid by the bankers he purports to defend against. HE IS THE WORST. If I could rate him with ZERO stars, I would.
