Timothy Aaron Gauthier

Timothy attended Southwestern Law School's prestigious two-year SCALE accelerated learning program, which focuses on developing practical lawyering and trial advocacy skills in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Timothy participated in several litigation oriented externships throughout his course of study, and even further developed his trial advocacy skills when he was selected from a large group of competitive applicants throughout the Los Angeles area to serve as a Fellow in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) fall fellowship program.

Timothy first worked in Insurance Defense at Daniels, Fine, Israel, Schonbuch & Lebovits LLP. Timothy made made the change to representing plaintiffs in August 2018 by joining the team at Omega Law Group, PC.  Timothy handled matters involving catastrophic automobile, trucking and bus accidents, and premises liability. Timothy has extensive experience in Civil Litigation, to include discovery, litigation strategy, depositions, motion work, pre-trial preparation and strategy, and seeing a case through trial.
