Sam Vahedi

Sam Vahedi received his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and was admitted to the practice of law in California shortly thereafter. Mr. Vahedi also attended business school at Loyola Marymount University while he was studying law and earned his M.B.A. degree in 2011. He graduated cum laude from the University of California, Davis, with a dual degree in English and Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior.

He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, California Employment Lawyers Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and Culver Marina Bar Association, to name a few.

Mr. Vahedi spent years working in the technology sector prior to attending law school, and has developed extensive experience in online resource and legal database research. His legal drafting skills are equally refined, earning him the First Honors Award in Legal Drafting at Loyola Law School.

While studying at Loyola, Mr. Vahedi was involved in a variety of activities and organizations. He interned at the Office of the Los Angeles District Attorney, Hardcore Gang Division, and clerked at several private law firms specializing in civil litigation. He volunteered at the Los Angeles Legal Aid Foundation’s Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic, where he assisted low-income individuals through their personal bankruptcies, and served as vice president and technology chair of the Business Law Society, and was actively involved with several affiliate organizations.

As a founding partner of Sam Vahedi & Associates, Mr. Vahedi primarily practices in the areas of entertainment law, intellectual property, business transactions, consultation and litigation, corporate formation, employment law, and real estate law.
