Ramin Azadegan

Mr. Azadegan has years of experience in international business, which contributes to his unique ability to understand and explain complex legal issues from a business point of view. Mr. Azadegan graduated from UCLA where he majored in Economics and Political Science. He received his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School.
Mr. Azadegan has been a member of the California Bar since 1987 and is admitted to practice before United States District Courts in California, the California Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals. He also maintains memberships in the bars of New York and Washington, D.C.
He has achieved outstanding results in business litigation, including director and officer liability; minority rights in corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies; business torts, collections, and loan/usury issues, and in real estate litigation including quiet title, easements, and adverse possession. Mr. Azadegan is also a frequent speaker on Continuing Legal Education panels.
