Got the case dismissed!
I was charged with a misdemeanor hit and run. Had a Public Defender for over a year before I decided to contact Payman Zargari. He was able to prove that I did not intentionally leave the scene of the accident. Got the case dismissed!

I was arrested and charged with a second DUI.
The DA wanted me to plead guilty to the DUI and serve jail time. Payman Zargari refused to agree with the DA and ended up getting the entire case dismissed. I was also able to get my driver’s license back. Great firm and great attorney. Highly recommend.
