We were in need of a criminal defense attorney and was fortunate to have Payman Zargari help us out.
The District Attorney’s Office wanted me to plead guilty to a felony but I was able to walk away with all charges being dismissed. His office staff was professional and caring but most importantly he got us a great result. Thanks!

I was arrested and charged with a second DUI.
The DA wanted me to plead guilty to the DUI and serve jail time. Payman Zargari refused to agree with the DA and ended up getting the entire case dismissed. I was also able to get my driver’s license back. Great firm and great attorney. Highly recommend.
