I consulted this firm regarding escrow/IOLTA services connected to a large international fuel transaction involving approximately 200,000 M T of product. Based on my experience, I became concerned that the firm did not have sufficient familiarity with the specialized requirements, timing, and coordi...nation involved in international petroleum trade transactions. Communication issues and differing interpretations during the process contributed to the transaction not moving forward. While this reflects only my personal experience and opinion, I would not recommend this firm for highly time-sensitive international fuel or trade-finance matters.
