I am primarily a business litigator, but do a lot of entertainment work. I have represented or sued all 6 "major" studios, the mini major's, small, Indie & A+ list Producers, talent, directors, agents, musicians, etc. I do many profit participant audit cases. In my field, litigation often morphs into negotiation, and then into deal making, so I have experience across the board in this particular industry. But a contract's a contract, no matter who's name is on it, famous or otherwise.

The most satisfying part of my practice is getting great results for my clients. But there is no one way to achieve a positive outcome, which is why I greatly enjoy the counseling part of my practice, working to find the best solution for my client's issues, be it trial, arbitration, mediation, negotiation or, when appropriated, simply walking the other way. Legal disputes can be complex, expensive and overwhelming; I try to make the process more comprehensible, and less wasteful.

Especially with the advent of the Internet, con artists, fraudulent schemes and simply conceit are all on the rise. I have a great deal of experience rooting out, exposing and undoing fraudsters. It is a complex area of the law, and often requires creative thinking and deductive reasoning. Fraudsters are clever, so we have to be more so.
