Sara Pezeshkpour

Sara Pezeshkpour is a Law and Motion Attorney specializing in labor and employment class actions and PAGA representative matters. She has significant expertise litigating civil rights cases on behalf of California’s most vulnerable individuals, and she is skilled in navigating all phases of litigation, from intake to discovery, trial, and appellate advocacy, in both California and federal courts.
Ms. Pezeshkpour has dedicated her career to representing marginalized clients. She worked as an Equal Justice Works Fellow at a legal aid organization where she litigated housing discrimination cases. Prior to joining Blackstone Law, Ms. Pezeshkpour was a Senior Associate at a boutique civil rights law firm. There, she achieved substantial results in hundreds of cases, including obtaining major monetary compensation for her clients and compelling wrongdoers to change their unlawful practices.
In addition to her practice at Blackstone Law, Ms. Pezeshkpour is an associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She volunteers with a nonprofit mental health clinic to provide mental health services to underserved groups. In her free time, Ms. Pezeshkpour enjoys being outdoors, baking, and spending time with her loved ones.
