After completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Abbasi attended Loyola Law School and obtained his law J.D.
Mr. Abbasi was admitted to the State Bar of California in November of 2001. Mr. Abbasi is also admitted to practice law in the Northern Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of United States District Courtof California. Overall, Mr. Abbasi's areas of practice include business litigation, bankruptcy & reorganization, construction law, debt restructuring/negotiation and real estate (litigation & transactional). Mr. Abbasi also specializes in legal drafting, contractual/policy analysis, and is corporate counsel for various companies.
Mr. Abbasi has represented and continues to represent numerous individuals and businesses in Bankruptcy, Litigation and Transactional matters across the State of California. Overall, since 2001 Mr. Abbasi has represented numerous real estate developers, general contractors, investment companies and other real estate professionals in very complex and intensive litigation and restructuring matters. Furthermore, Mr. Abbasi has tried, arbitrated and mediated numerous complex matters involving real estate disputes, construction disputes, credit/financing disputes and insurance claims.
Mr. Abbasi was a formerly senior litigation associate with the law firms of CHAPMAN, GLUCKSMAN, DEAN, ROEB & BARGER and with the firm of BREMER, WHYTE, BROWN & O'MEARA.
