Lance C. Behringer

I am writing this review in light of my recent settlement of $1.25 million dollars in which I was represented by the greatest law firm CZR and one of their greatest assets, in my opinion the greatest, Lance Behringer. I took extra time before writing and posting my review in order to represent my th...oughts and emotions the best way I know how. During that time I reflected and relived every important situation and scenario, from the devastating moment of impact and the screams from my wife to the sound of Lance's voice telling me the case was settled and now over. The distance between those two distinct life moments when written is measured in mere seconds when read, but those mere seconds where a tumultuous 3 years of real life and anyone who has lived through this type of event knows what I am talking about. It was within those three years I met Lance Behringer from CZR and this review is a reflection of what he offers, not only as an attorney, but as a human being. His competence, compassion and character were second to none and someone who I consider as a God send, holding my hand throughout this horrendous process to the conclusion. The three years crawled along like a snail stuck in wet sand, and at times it seemed slower than that. I am a person with OCD, ADHD and all other neurosis that are derived from those fabulous qualities and if it were not for Lance Behringer I may have lost my mind. Any time I would find myself losing hope, patience or just wanted to fire all my medical providers he was right there for me, talking me off the ledge. From our first meeting to prep, discovery, deposition preparation, actual deposition (which was smack in the middle of COVID-19), demand letter to settlement, everything not only went smooth but just as Lance laid it out. The worst part of any type of legal action in which you are injured by another party is the not knowing, the lack of guarantee things will go your way or if you would be made whole (or partially whole) again. Of course what makes the matter worse are all the injuries and pain you have to deal with on a daily basis. It is a constant reminder of who you used to be and what you will not be moving forward. Lance took all those fears and concerns away and allowed me to focus on getting better. He and his staff did all the heavy lifting and took care of me like family. A quick shout out here to Paul Zuckerman (who is the Z in CZR) for taking my case and for insisting on meeting me, welcoming me as a client, ensuring me that I was in the best hands with his firm. A huge thank you and you DID NOT disappoint! Your firm is efficient, competent and most important, miles ahead in every phase of the process. It is interesting that this process is the best way to show our appreciation for those that take fantastic care of us as individuals, an opportunity to share our experiences, hoping to lead others that share a similar story and situation in the direction that will help them the most. As someone who has not written many reviews throughout my Internet social experience, I feel I would be doing that person in the same boat a disservice by not offering what I believe is the most competent, compassionate and considerate firm in the business to help you along your journey. There is no better legal firm than CZR and no better attorney than Lance Behringer to guide you. Thank You! Thank You!
