"Ms. Segel and I had a case over more than 4 years with very difficult circumstances that involved a wife with dementia and my client, who was very elderly. There was a lot of money and property involved,and a conservator was appointed for the wife. It was a highly contested case,very complicated! Ms. Segel and the conservator Mr. Segal fought were very very strong with their protection of their client, although she continued to misappropriate assets.Ms. Segel was very creative. I learned some novel approaches from her."
