The following year, Mr. Alach and Longo & Alach LLP provided additional language for legislation to curtail invasive paparazzi conduct and protect Californians’ privacy rights. Several of these proposals were accepted and enacted in 2010. Longo & Alach LLP’s legislative efforts to bolster Californians’ privacy rights are ongoing.
During the Summer of 2008, Mr. Alach worked as a Summer Associate at preeminent entertainment law firm Lavely & Singer, P.C., and assisted on various high-level intellectual property, defamation, contract and privacy disputes.
