Momo Emily Takahashi

Momo Takahashi is a native of Southern California. Ms. Takahashi graduated cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles in 2002, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, in San Francisco. That same year, Ms. Takahashi successfully completed an externship for the Honorable Lowell Jensen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

As an associate with Rosen Saba, LLP, Ms. Takahashi handles a wide array of state and federal cases, including the prosecution and defense of employment actions, product liability claims and business litigation. Her broad litigation background includes business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and securities litigation, products liability, maritime and toxic tort issues. Ms. Takahashi also has experience responding to and resolving environmental regulatory matters.

Ms. Takahashi is admitted to practice before all courts in California, including the federal courts of the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern districts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Ms. Takahashi is conversational in Japanese.
