Kathryn B. Abrams

Kathryn B. Abrams is Of Counsel at Lemon Law Group Partners, PLC, which practices in California as Lemon Law Partners PC. She represents consumers whose vehicles a manufacturer has not been able to repair. Her practice is limited to claims under the California lemon law and the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Much of her work involves disagreements over what caused a defect. In those matters she reviews the repair orders and service records closely, and goes through the vehicle's history with the client, before taking a position.

Ms. Abrams earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2004. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan, awarded in 2001.
