The main problem is the Family Legal System in Ca. is broken and needs a complete overhaul. It is greedy, biased and incompetent--this kind of attorney unfortunately, is part of the big problem in the system. His staff was slow, said they good handle a tragic move away case (should be banned)--they ...did not have a clue what they were doing and led us to believe they could. The court appearances were very lame-which hurt. And they reccomended a corrupt evaluator to the case. He is one of three attorneys with different organizations that destroyed a childs future...If they did it once, they will do it again. He new what the situation was and said is firm could handle it. NOT. Plus they were all very arrogant.
