Avi is a great lawyer!! 5 stars are not enough I wanna give him more than that. I got an motorcycle accident and got an ankle surgery it was all happened last year of September. I was in Urgent care for my blood drawn for my surgery I was hopeless that day and everything was shocked to me. Suddenly..., there’s one patient there talked to me asking what happened to me and I told her and she gave me Avi’s infos and when I got in to my car after my appointment I called Avi right away he answered and talked everything what happened and I felt that God sent me this guy and gave me hope and peace that day. Along the process… the guy who hit me his insurance is only liability for 15k, for that amount we can’t survive for family of 4 if we settled with that. And I am the only provider of the family and this accident happened so quickly, we don’t have health insurance that time yet, so everything is out of pocket every time I go to my doctor and this surgery costs a lot. I was hopeless again I felt like I wanted to take the 15k and done with the process because we don’t have sources. Avi kept encouraging me on the process of trust and hope that he is doing his job to get this driver pay me more. And he did!!!! We got 40k and we settled! Even though the process was longer because the driver was hard headed Avi didn’t give up for me and my family to get what we needed. I was giving up but Avi didn’t give up and he was right! He is not just a great lawyer but has a good heart and always hears you. He has a empathy for me all along the process. P.S Before I met this patient that gave me Avi’s infos. I called other lawyer when I was in the ER and they are 3rd party so I felt like it’s too much I couldn’t get the real lawyer to talk to and they didn’t have what Avi have to me and if I didn’t know about Avi maybe I will settle for 15k liability of the driver who hit me.
