Allan Edward Mesia

Allan Edward Mesia is an Attorney and CPA whose practice focuses on business management and legal services for passionate clients in the entertainment, media, fashion/apparel and hospitality industries.  His unique background allows him to service clients with all aspects of business management, tax and financial consulting, estate planning and will, transactional entertainment matters, trademark prosecution, and licensing.  Allan serves as a business manager and/or counsel to entrepreneurs in various industries, high net-worth individuals, musicians, records producers, managers, record labels, music publishers, actors, film and photography production companies, designers and apparel companies.   His past professional experience includes EMI Music, Woods & Middleton, LLP, Deloitte (tax, licensing, royalty audits), and Tommy Hilfiger.  For the past 5 years, Allan has consulted with the business management firm, DeBlois Mejia and Kaplan, LLP on major touring and film clients.  Allan is licensed attorney in California, New York and New Jersey and a Certified Public Accountant in California and Illinois. 

Allan also has experience as a music engineer/producer and as a drummer/guitarist/songwriter.  He founded the Mesia Group in 2009 to combine his education and experience with his passion for the creative arts and aspiring entrepreneurs.
