Biography
Victor S. Cheng is a highly experienced international attorney with nearly 20 years of legal experience in both the United States and Taiwan. He is the first and only attorney licensed to practice both U.S. and Taiwan law in Taiwan, and is admitted to the bars of Taiwan, California, and New York.
Mr. Cheng specializes in complex cross-border legal matters and has extensive experience coordinating Cross-Pacific cases proceeding simultaneously in both Taiwanese and U.S. jurisdictions. He is regularly called upon as an expert witness and expert consultant in matters requiring a comprehensive understanding of both legal systems and bilingual legal analysis.
Mr. Cheng leverages his cross-cultural fluency and strong legal acumen to help clients navigate legal complexities, mitigate risks, and achieve strategic success in both Taiwan and the U.S. In addition to representing clients in business and commercial matters, he also assists clients through every stage of cross-border family and inheritance matters, including international probate and transnational custody disputes.
