Tomohiro Jeffrey Kagami

My family hired Mr. Tomohiro to handle my fathers probate case. During this time myself and my sister (who are beneficiaries of my dads will ) have been kept totally in the dark about the progress of the case. He does not return phone calls or emails. When I was finally able to get in touch with h...im, he was very condescending and insensitive to our family issues. He has offered no guidance to my brother on how to be an effective executor of my dads estate. He has never called a family meeting to explain the steps of probate and to make sure we are all on the same page which has caused many family arguments. It has been 3 years since my dad's passing and there is still no probate close date set.
