Shanda Yasmin Lowe

Shanda Y. Lowe is an Associate Attorney at ADLI Law Group. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate and business matter, with a particular focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Litigation, Business Litigation and Transactions.

Ms. Lowe utilizes her experience and skills to assist in all areas of business and corporate matters, including conducting legal research and the drafting of complex contracts, memorandums, pleadings and correspondences.

Prior to joining ADLI Law Group, Ms. Lowe was Of Counsel at the Law Office of Lowe & Associates; there she conducted legal research, drafted memorandums, pleadings and correspondences on a contractual basis. Before that, she was an Attorney at the Southern California Gas Company where she evaluated and implemented case strategies, made court appearances throughout the Southern California Gas Company’s service territory, prepared company witnesses for testimony at trail and depositions, accompanied employees to trial and defended depositions, and provided needed legal research and support to various business units of the company. Ms. Lowe obtained her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, graduating Cum Laude, and earned an LLM in Taxation from Loyola law School.
