Nicole Ellan Foster

Nicole Foster should not be allowed to practice. The review I just read about her is exactly what Iam going through, she is right there to collect her money, then you don't hear back from her. I've been going through a nasty two year divorce and she has not done one thing for me. The judge granted sp...ousal support last sept, after a couple months of not hearing, seeing or call back from Nicole I did my own checking into the matters and come to find out she filed the paperwork wrong and nothing could be done until she fixed it....took another month for that, and 10 months later still nothing and Bismarck tells me my lawyer needs to get involved because he's not complying. I've been trying to contact her for three months now, have my upcoming court date for the divorce in July and I can't get ahold of her. I'm told to just get another attorney, after I've paid her for doing nothing! and I had to take out a loan to do that. if I could do it all over, I would of paid more money for a better, trusting attorney.
