Biography
Mr. Vacchio has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation and trial work including Contract, Trade Secret, Business Torts, Real Estate, Construction, Environmental and Criminal matters. He has a solid background in administrative, civil and criminal environmental/work-place exposure matters as well as internal corporate investigations and “White-Collar” criminal defense. He has handled matters in the oil industry (refining and transport), metals recycling (secondary smelting), HazMat and bulk transport (trains and trucks) and high technology.
Mr. Vacchio has been awarded the highest Martindale- Hubbell “AV” rating for his preeminent legal abilities and faithful adherence to professional and ethical standards. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California.
Mr. Vacchio is a 1983 graduate of University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Vacchio graduated with his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, Thurston Society and Order of the Coif. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1983. Mr. Vacchio graduated from Whittier College with Honors in 1980 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Social Sciences.
