  • Brian Neal Gurwitz

I opposed Brian in a complex environmental contamination case. His work was simply outstanding. He is an excellent attorney with the ability to boil complex matters down to their essence in order to advance his client's cause. Brian secured a dismissal in a case that was related to the one we litigated against each another. His briefs were among the most persuasive I've ever read, which is particularly impressive given the complexity and dry subject matter involved. Equally important, Brian is an absolute gentleman. Young lawyers wanting to know how to succeed in representing their clients, while remaining well-liked by their clients and adversaries, would do well to follow his example.
