Kenneth Paul White

I'm a former federal prosecutor with extensive trial experience, and have spent ten years defending state and federal criminal cases of all types, from pre-indictment investigations through trials and appeals and habeas corpus motions and 2255s.

I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants, both individuals and companies, in a wide range of complex civil cases both in the trial court and on appeal. My particular areas of interest include fraud, SLAPP suits, and civil suits parallel to criminal investigations and proceedings.
