I have extensive experience serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s counsel in financings that include:

·         General obligation bonds (for school districts)

·         Tax allocation bonds

·         Lease revenue bonds

·         Certificates of participation

I represent local government entities throughout California, including school districts, cities, successor agencies to former redevelopment agencies and special districts. I also represent national and regional investment banking firms in municipal finance transactions. Additionally, I have substantial experience with 501(c)(3) organizations, including their formation and the exempt application process with the Internal Revenue Service.
