Despite my repeated requests, there were no follow-ups, no progress on accommodations, and no completed Examination Under Oath. When I finally called out the lack of action, they dropped me as a client. The file they eventually sent me shows one early letter, then silence. I’m now organizing that documentation so anyone interested can see exactly how my case was handled and decide for themselves whether this qualifies as diligent representation. If you were in my position—waiting nearly six months for one letter—you can decide if that sounds like “doing everything possible to protect a client’s rights.” In my opinion, this firm was about as useful as an umbrella full of holes—technically present, but worthless when it mattered. If you value communication and accountability, look elsewhere.
