Jolynn Marie Pollard

Jolynn M. Pollard is Senior Counsel at Adli Law Group P.C . Her practice primarily focuses on Civil and Business litigation, Employment, Real Estate, and Insurance defense work.

An experienced litigator, Ms. Pollard has successfuly handled all aspects of litigation including, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, as well as alternative dispute resolution, including fee arbitrations and mediation. Additionally, Ms. Pollard has had an active practice representing businesses in contract drafting and negotiation and insurance matters, including advice on business structure, employment and marketing.

Prior to joining Adli Law Group P.C., Ms. Pollard was Of Counsel at Selman Breitman LLP, where she supervised and handled complex litigation and contract matters that primarily dealt with insurance defense work, including bad faith, general liability, construction defect and environmental claim cases.

Ms. Pollard received her Bachelors of Arts from the California State University of Northridge, with focus in Public law and Public Administration, and obtained her Juris Doctor from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. With broad knowledge and skill in her craft Ms. Pollard is committed to providing clients with efficient and effective representation to help resolve Civil and Business litigation, Employment, Real Estate, and Insurance defense related cases.
