David Ramirez

David Ramírez-Gálvez is an associate in Jenner & Block LLP's Litigation Department.

Mr. Ramírez-Gálvez's practice focuses on complex civil litigation. He has experience with antitrust, business tort, class action, employment, labor, and transnational matters. He has authored pleadings and motions; interviewed and deposed witnesses; and presented oral argument in state and federal court.

Mr. Ramírez-Gálvez embraces Jenner's commitment to pro bono work, with a special interest in civil rights, First Amendment, and immigration matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ramírez-Gálvez worked at two premier litigation boutiques, where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and civil rights matters. Before that, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gregg J. Costa on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Ramírez-Gálvez is fluent in Spanish.
