Also, litigate contracts, fraud, unfair competition, intellectual property, and general defense of corporations. Experienced with jury trials, court trials, arbitrations, mediations and alternative dispute resolution processes. Extensive experience in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.

Represented corporate policyholders in some of the most complex and largest insurance recovery cases over many years. Also handle dispute resolution, counsel clients in coverage issues, defend corporate insureds as Cumis Counsel, and advise on all aspects of securing insurance coverage for covered losses.
