Anthony Tyler Mellos

Tyler Mellos is an Associate Attorney at ADLI Law Group with primarily focuses on patents and trademark acquisition and litigation.

Prior to joining ADLI Law Group P.C., Mr. Mellos was a Patent Attorney at Tsircou Intellectual Property Law, PC, where he was involved in all aspects of patent, trademark, and litigation practices. He was responsible for a wide-range of tasks that included, drafting patent applications and conducting patent searches, collaborating with engineers and inventors to determine patentable aspects of inventions, preparing and finalizing amendments/responses to office actions, drafting motions, responsive pleadings, counter complaints, corresponding and counseling clients.

Mr. Mellos graduated in 2008 from Trinity University with his Bachelor of Science with concentration in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in 2013. He is committed to providing our clients with efficient and effective service and representation in matters involving patent and trademark acquisition and litigation.
