Andrew Smith Russell

Andrew S. Russell is an Associate in the Los Angeles Office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. His practice is focused on complex toxic tort litigation, product liability, contracts, professional negligence and commercial litigation. Andrew actively participates in all phases of litigation including pleadings, written discovery, taking depositions, motions to dismiss, motions to transfer venue, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, motions for nonsuit, and appearances at all court hearings. Currently, Andrew is involved in preparing several cases for trial in California Superior Court, Kentucky Circuit Court, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

While completing his Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University School of Law, Andrew was a member of Interschool Appellate Advocacy Team as well as the Moot Court Board. Andrew also completed a fellowship with Pepperdine’s Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law, with a concentration in sports and entertainment law.
